At Megacycle Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may therefore return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without having to give a reason for your decision.

Free returns

Returns are completely free of charge for you.

Megacycle Store covers all costs of returning the product, provided that you follow the return procedure we give you.

To arrange a return, simply contact us within the above period, stating your order number and the product you wish to return. Our team will promptly explain how the product will be collected or shipped back, at no cost to you.

Product condition

Where possible, the product should be returned in its original condition, together with its packaging and accessories.

You are entitled to examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose may result in a reduction in the value of the product.

Refunds

After you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase, as well as the cost of the original standard delivery, where such charges were applied.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the time limits set by applicable law. Megacycle Store may wait until it has received the returned product or proof that it has been sent back before completing the refund.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, has been damaged in transit or differs from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange for the product to be replaced or returned, as appropriate, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded under applicable law. Examples include products made or customised specifically to the customer’s specifications, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, where provided for by law.

Our aim is to help you shop with confidence at Megacycle Store. If you change your mind, we will take care of the return process and its cost.
