Alkaline-based preparation, with very strong dirt-removing, and degreasing effect, also removing smoke remains from a variety of surfaces and objects which

are alkaline-resistant. Perfectly dissolves and removes even the most burned remains of food.

Application:

The agent’s purpose is to clean combi-steamers and smoking stoves.

Directions:

Shake before use.

Manual cleaning : 

• warm up or cool down the stove, until it reaches temperature ranging between 40 and 50°C
• apply and distribute evenly the agent, undiluted, on the cleaned surface and close the door of the stove.
• Leave it like that for several minutes, until the dirt is dissolved, and then activate the boiling function, at the temperature between 50 and 60°C
• The cleaned surfaces shall be then thoroughly rinsed with water

Cleaning the stoves fitted with an automatic cleaning system:

• insert the pipe into the canister, and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Note: once you complete the cleaning procedure, use a damp cloth to thoroughly clean the seals at the door.
